Call for Papers
SATEGS 2025 invites researchers, defense professionals, and military engineers to submit original papers describing significant advances in defense technologies and strategic planning. All submissions will be peer-reviewed and selected based on originality, relevance, and technical soundness.
Important Security Notice
All submissions must comply with security and export control regulations:
- Only unclassified research suitable for open publication will be accepted
- Authors must ensure compliance with their organization's security protocols
- Submissions containing sensitive or classified information will be rejected
- Export control regulations (ITAR, EAR, etc.) must be observed
- Authors are solely responsible for obtaining necessary clearances before submission

Submission Guidelines
Applications for SATEGS 2025 Conference are received through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). Before submission, please use the appropriate template:
- Full-Text Submissions: Use the full-paper template.
- Abstract Submissions: Use the abstract template.
Upload your work, prepared according to the relevant template, via the conference application system. All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review by experts in defense technologies and strategic planning.
Paper Submission
Submit your papers through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT) using the button below.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
Publication
Papers submitted will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, and papers approved by the scientific committee will be presented at the conference. All papers accepted and presented at the conference will be published in the abstracts book. Full-text papers will be published by one of the following options.

Note: Acceptance to the conference does not guarantee publication in the listed journals. Selected papers will be subject to further peer review and security clearance verification.
Full-text articles can be published as book chapters if the author prefers and the scientific committee approves. All papers selected for publication will be subject to additional security review to ensure compliance with export control regulations and classification requirements.
